The Company places great importance on respect and adherence to human rights principles in all dimensions of its business operation. It upholds the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) as a core practice. The Company also realizes that respecting human rights is a significant basis for driving business to achieve success and sustainable growth coupled with social responsibility.
The Company also aims to promote the basic rights of all stakeholders, including its employees, suppliers, clients, and other related communities. It focuses on the principles of equality and equity, treating every person fairly without discrimination against race, religion, gender, age, or cultural differences.

Human Rights Policy Development
The Company provides the Human Rights Policy and Guidelines, which identifies the precise principles and practices for respecting the human rights of the Company’s employees and stakeholders. The policy covers all significant issues, including the prevention of human rights violations, the promotion of diversity and non-discrimination, and the handling of complaints relating to human rights violations.
Dissemination of Policy and Practice
The Company has communicated the Human Rights Policy to all directors, executives, and employees for acknowledgment and implementation. The Policy has been published on the Company’s website at Sustainability in Social Dimension, allowing stakeholders and relevant parties to access it.
Prevention and Handling of Human Rights Violation
The Company focuses on preventing and dealing with problems possibly arising from human rights violations in all steps of its business operation, simultaneously, the Company provides neutral and safe whistleblowing channels to ensure that any related issues will be cured appropriately.
In 2025, the Company had no complaints or reported incidents related to human rights violations in the course of business operations.
Social Performance
The Company has carried out social activities under the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy to treat employees, clients, communities, and society continuously with the plan to support those communities and society while operating the business under changing economic, social, and environmental conditions at all times.
Fair Treatment of Employees
The Company places importance on the fair and equal treatment of employees and gender equality, which is the foundation of human resource development, and we believe that the Company’s success comes from individuals’ creativity, collaboration and teamwork. Every employee is treated equally and fairly without discrimination and provided the opportunity to develop himself/herself to professional advancement. The Company has established criteria and guidelines for fair and transparent recruitment and work performance evaluation, in line with applicable laws and with due regard to employees’ rights, to ensure effective human resource management. To serve the Company’s business goals, the selection criteria for employees are based on the required level of competencies, such as leadership and functional competencies. To motivate employees and build up organizational strength, every employee has opportunities for career path advancement both vertically and horizontally, by exercising no prejudice against any person from a personal relationship. The Company emphasizes “promotion from within” for available job positions. Only if there is none well suited within the organization will hire from outside come into consideration. Moreover, the Company offers a proper remuneration policy and a fair and motivating remuneration structure.

Employees’ Relationship
In 2025, the Company organized staff outings and other activities during holidays to build relationships among employees as well as engagement with the organization. Most of the employees attended the activities and gave good feedback.
The annual employee satisfaction survey results showed an engagement score of 82.5%. The Company will use the survey results to improve human resource management and enhance operational effectiveness.
The employee turnover rate for 2025 was 7.9%.

Our employees are the most important resource that effectively improves the organization and supports sustainable growth. Employees are encouraged to attend training and development as one of the Human Resources Development’s Strategies. Personnel Potentials Development
In 2025, the Company focused on enhancing the essential artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence: AI) skills of its executives and employees through in-house training programs by inviting a specific expert to provide knowledge and conduct workshops. In addition, the Company emphasized the development of personnel capabilities, competencies, and expertise to enable the effective delivery of services to clients. To this end, the Company provided continuous and regular training programs for employees at all levels, including executives, both internally and externally, in courses relevant to their job functions, as follows:

- Training and testing program regarding learning about the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Training and testing program regarding the conflicts of interest, and Securities Trading & Use of Inside Information Policies
- Training and testing program regarding Phishing and Data Security Awareness
- Human Rights and Promotion for an Integrated Human Right Inspection program for the Human Resources and Administration Department
- Accounting Standards #TAS12 Income Tax program and Fair Value Measurement under TFRS program for the Finance and Accounts Department

In 2025, the Company encouraged employees to attend training and seminars continuously to enhance work efficiency and strengthen skills necessary for their job functions. The training was conducted through both onsite and online formats, including e-learning programs organized by internal departments, to provide employees with access to comprehensive training programs. The employees completed the training programs with the test, representing a 100% participation and completion rate.
In addition, the Company provided both internal and external training along with competency skills course; assignment of important duty to skilled employees as a test, mentoring and coaching system, on-the-job training as well as education in morality. The Company fully promotes Human Resources Development by searching for qualified and appropriate courses for qualified employees, which will help to support the organization as a whole.
Employees’ Welfare
The Company has established a Welfare Committee (the “Committee”) in the workplace to work jointly with the employer in providing employee welfare. The Committee also provides advice and recommendations on appropriate welfare benefits, monitors and oversees the implementation of welfare programs, and proposes opinions and guidelines for the continuous development of welfare initiatives that benefit employees. These efforts aim to promote employees’ quality of life and strengthen employee engagement with the organization.
In 2025, the Company conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey that effectively improved Human Capital. The Company modified the employees’ Welfare as below:
- The Company cared for personnel health by promoting the influenza vaccination along with the annual physical check-up, and awareness of sanitation safety for all clients and employees.
- The Company provided a provident fund for employees to help them have enough savings for retirement.
- The Company distributed polo t-shirts to all employees for working days and organizes internal activities such as annual merits making, sports day, new year party, and annual incentive trip.
- The Company gave academic achievement awards to children of employees who meet the high standards set by the Company.
In 2025, there were scholarship awards for the Employees’ Children of Non-Management Staff. The Company also motivated staff to work for the Company with awards, for example, the Long-Service Award, Employee of the Year Award etc.



Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment
The Company places great importance on occupational safety, health, and environment for all employees, recognizing these aspects as fundamental factors that promote quality of working life, reduce the risk of workplace accidents, and enhance employees’ confidence in performing their duties effectively. Accordingly, the Company has established policies, guidelines, and safety measures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as appropriate occupational health and safety standards relevant to the nature of business operations.
In 2025, the Company promoted workplace safety by providing training and activities related to occupational safety and accident prevention for employees. These included fire prevention and firefighting training, as well as an annual fire evacuation drill conducted in collaboration with the Lumpini Tower office building. The activities were aimed at enhancing employees’ knowledge and understanding, enabling them to respond appropriately in emergency situations. In addition, the Company regularly communicated safety-related information within the organization to foster safety awareness among employees at all levels.
In 2025, there were no reports of work-related accidents resulting in employee work interruption or loss of life.
Responsibility to Clients
The Company places absolute importance on responding appropriately to the needs of our clients, which is the important key to earning trust and establishes the Code of Conduct towards Clients as follows:
IFS’ executives and employees shall deliver products or services with quality or exceed clients' expectations at fair conditions.
IFS’ executives and employees shall give correct, adequate and timely product and service information to the clients to facilitate their decision-making without overstating facts whether in advertisements or communications through other channels, which may cause clients to misunderstand the quality, value or any conditions attached to such products or services.
IFS’ executives and employees shall keep clients' secrets confidential and shall not improperly use the confidential information for personal interests or for the interest of other related parties.
IFS’ executives and employees shall promptly respond to clients' needs and shall implement an efficient system and procedures for submitting clients' complaints regarding the quality of products and services.
Responsibility to partners
The Company focuses on building long-term business partnerships with its business partners by promoting their capabilities and potential to grow together with the Company through collaborative approaches that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and support sustainable business growth throughout the supply chain.
In 2025, the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Whale Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on 21 October 2025 to drive the Supply Chain Financing business. The collaboration aims to develop financial solutions that enhance access to funding, strengthen liquidity and support business partners in operating their businesses more efficiently.
In addition, the Company organized an online training and seminar activities in collaboration with its business partner, with Company personnel serving as co-speakers to deliver knowledge under the topic “Factoring Financing for Your Business.” The objective of the seminar was to enhance entrepreneurs’ understanding of factoring financing and to provide access to quality funding sources for supporting future business expansion. More than 70 business partners of the Company’s customers participated in the seminar, and the initiative helped enhance their knowledge, understanding, and long-term business potential.
The collaboration enabled business partners within the supply chain to improve cash flow management, reduce working capital restrictions, and enhance their ability to expand their businesses in the long term. At the same time, it strengthened the stability of the business ecosystem and supported sustainable growth between the Company and its business partners.
Responsibility to Community and Society
In 2025, the Company realized the concept of corporate sustainable development, especially the environmental and social aspects, and still focused on community and society support such as hospitals, foundations, and schools which still needed assistance and support continuously.
- On 8 January 2025, the Company donated 10,000 Baht to Plookchit School in Bangkok to support activities on National Children’s Day 2025.
- On 13 February 2025, the Company donated used calendars for conversion into Braille materials to the Thailand Association of the Blind Technology Center, Nonthaburi Province.
- On 26 April 2025, the Company organized a coral planting activity at the Marine Science Center, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province.
- On 23 August 2025, the Company donated rice, animal feed, and fresh vegetables to Wildlife Rescue Center No. 1, Nakhon Nayok Province.
- On 31 August 2025, executives and employee participated in the charity run “Run for Heart and Brain Year 2”, with proceeds donated to support underprivileged patients under the Vejdusit Foundation, Bangkok Hospital.
- On 2 October 2025, the Company participated in a blood donation activity for the Thai Red Cross Society at Lumpini Tower, Bangkok.
- On 15 October 2025, the Company donated 100,000 Baht for 3 consecutive years to the Ramathibodi Foundation to support the construction of a new building for in-patients of Ramathibodi Hospital, and Yothi Medical Innovation District.
- On 28 November 2025, the Company donated essential supplies through the Royal Thai Navy to assist flood victims in several southern provinces of Thailand.
