The Company promotes fair and equal competition among suppliers by applying consistent criteria and conditions. Supplier selection is based on appropriate and objective factors, including price, quality, product and service standards, operational capability, delivery performance, and reliability, without discrimination or preferential treatment toward any supplier.

The Company maintains appropriate segregation of duties and approval authorities throughout the purchasing procedures and requires complete and accurate documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and effective internal control. Potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and individuals with such conflicts are prohibited from participating in the relevant supplier selection or purchasing decision-making procedure.

The Company strictly prohibits solicitation, offering, giving, or accepting improper benefits, including gifts, entertainment, travel, or other personal benefits that may influence procedures decisions or create an unfair advantage in the purchasing procedure.

The Company encourages directors, executives, employees, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns or suspected misconduct, including corruption, collusive bidding, improper benefits, or unfair supplier selection, through the Company’s designated reporting channels. Any violation of the procurement requirements may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.
