It upholds the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) as a core practice. The Company also realizes that respecting human rights is a significant basis for driving business to achieve success and sustainable growth coupled with social responsibility.
The Company also aims to promote the basic rights of all stakeholders, including its employees, suppliers, clients, and other related communities. It focuses on the principles of equality and equity, treating every person fairly without discrimination against race, religion, gender, age, or cultural differences.

Employees’ Relationship
In 2024, the Company organized staff outings and other activities during holidays to build relationships among employees as well as engagement with the organization. Most of the employees attended the activities and gave good feedback.
